Camp Slumberkins is a solution for bringing summer camp home, with 4 weeks of activities to do with little ones that promote interactive play and help them strengthen their self-esteem.
Slumberkins asked Riff Creative to assist in the launch of their new product, Camp Slumberkins, an at-home summer camp experience aimed at greater emotional wellness for parent and child. Tasked with creating a comprehensive campaign that could be used across all their digital channels, we introduced this new product in a way that simultaneously aligned with the existing Slumberkins brand and compelled their ideal target audience to purchase.

We designed a landing page that would reflect the overall brand direction for Slumberkins while adding refreshing pops of color and vibrant lifestyle imagery, capturing the magic and nostalgia of summer camp.
We wanted to capture imagery that conjured up the nostalgic feeling of summer camp while also conveying the ease of using the product at home. The idyllic setting at Lake Merwin provided a great canvas to capture families enjoying the new product.
Social Media Strategy
The strategy for @campslumberkins Instagram account is centered on building a community around a shared experience. Visually, the account is designed to be reminiscent of a scrapbook with memories collaging the feed. The general content, copy and stories are all an invitation to connect with the co-founders (whom we’ve affectionately call our “Camp Directors”), with other camp families, and to get more free resources to encourage deeper engagement with the product and the consumer.
